The breakfast was very good. I found the food fresh and a wide selection was available. Staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. It was convenient to have direct access to the Dubai Festival City Mall.
The pool is smaller than I expected considering the size of this hotel.

The staff quickly addressed my request for a room change! I had been placed in a smoking room initially, and the next day, they moved me to a new room for the remainder of my stay. The breakfast options were extensive, catering to various tastes, and I tried a variety of items. Daily room cleaning was thorough. The housekeeping staff maintained high standards. The hotel connects directly to the shopping center, very convenient.
The elevators required card access to reach floors.
